GEOS Costa Rica is located in Escazu, the fastest growing area in San Jose. The school is only minutes away from downtown, surrounded by shopping centers, hotels, restaurants and residential areas. Very close to GEOS you can find "Multiplaza", one of the biggest malls of the country; the office complex Plaza Roble and the Hotel Camino Real Intercontinental. There are many places to go and have fun: restaurants, bars, a modern bowling center, parks and more. GEOS Costa Rica has five air conditioned classrooms and free access to Internet. Students have the option to practice Spanish with Costa Rican students and help them with their English as well.
Our Spanish program in Costa Rica is divided into four different levels. At the beginning we focus on developing communication skills, although all four areas of language learning will be covered (speaking, listening, reading and writing). From there we go to the advanced level that will prepare students to participate in conversations with native speakers.
Our private classes are designed to fit the student's needs. For these courses the materials, topics and schedules are very flexible. At GEOS Costa Rica we also have Japanese and English classes. A new session begins every four weeks. You can enroll for just one session or several sessions. We encourage you to join us at the beginning of a session but it is possible to enroll at any time.
