These lessons are designed for all types of study and students can choose the lesson content and schedule that best suites their needs. Private tutoring is recommended if you: Have little experience studying English conversation before. Are not having success with self-study. Need a flexible way to study due to a busy schedule.
You will have a set amount of make up lessons per contract. If you need to cancel a lesson, we will add those make up lessons to the end of your contract. For class cancellation, you must call by 4:30 pm the day before the class is scheduled to be eligible for a make up lesson. You must speak to a GEOS staff member personally. If you cancel the same day, it will be counted as attended.

Semi-Private Lessons (Small Group)
With a maximum number of students, this program is designed for people living and working in the United States or students studying in the United States who need to improve their English for work, school, or everyday life. This program is recommended if you: Want to study in a small group. Don’t have enough opportunity to speak English on a regular basis.
Like with private lessons, students can choose the content and schedule for their lessons that best suites their needs.
BUSINESS ENGLISH
Study Business English in the famous Flatiron Building in the City by the Bay, San Francisco City! Our Business English class is designed to help international business professionals prepare to use English in both present and future work situations. You will develop English communication skills with a focus on business contexts and environments and learn vocabulary that is used regularly in the business world. This class will help you practice and enrich your communication skills by using English in specific business settings and situations.
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
By the end of the class, you will be able to:
1. Develop basic skills to work with people in business situations.
2. Increase your knowledge of key business concepts worldwide.
4. Expand vocabulary related to general business situations.
5. Develop confidence to work with people and basic issues in the business world.
6. Identify differences and similarities between doing business in the U.S. and your home country.
